Every business has its own isolated workspace. The database itself enforces that one business can never read another’s data, even if our code had a bug.
Encrypted connections
Everything travels over HTTPS. The access tokens that let Axierra act on your Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts are stored encrypted.
Official platform connections
We use Meta’s official APIs and ask only for the permissions each feature needs. Webhooks from Meta are signature-checked before we trust them.
Payments through Paystack
Customers pay on Paystack’s secure page. We never see or store card numbers. Payment confirmations are verified before an order is marked paid.
You control what the AI can do
Approval mode, discount limits, spend limits and a one-tap takeover. Prices are calculated from your catalogue, not by the AI.
Access control and audit trail
Roles for your team, and a record of important actions in your workspace.
Customers can opt out
Anyone who replies STOP is never messaged by us again.

In the app, by email, or by removing Axierra from Facebook or Instagram. See the data deletion page.
Found a vulnerability?
Please tell us privately at security@axierra.com. Give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly, and do not access other people’s data. We will acknowledge your report promptly and keep you updated.
